Estate of Hoot Hester

Hoot was staff Musician for the Grand Ole Opry for over 13yrs. He played as staff musician on TV show, “Nashville Now” behind Country Music’s Biggest Stars for the show’s entirety. He was known as one of Nashville’s Premier Session musicians playing on some of Country Billboards biggest hits throughout the 80s. He also was founder of the famous Western Swing band, “The Time Jumpers.” He played music with his daughter Rachael and often sang gospel with his wife Lola. He leaves behind his children, wife and quite a legacy. Much of his guitar collection can be purchased at Gruhn’s. I am handling Violins, bows and some studio gear.
